Dear IV Members,

I have maintained my H1B visa and have my I-485 Application Pending. Could you please advise on how to apply for a PAN Card?

I am posting this on the Financial Issues section. Hence, please take it easy if you find this thread not in line with Immigration.

The process is the same as for any other Indian citizen. ofcourse you need indian address, ration card etc...don't put US address

BTW, you can even put US address also. It just costs more and takes longer. I submitted the application last year though our CA.

just apply as a normal resident with indian address to avoid any hasseles.
