Default I-485 application and social security documents

My wife and I have filed an application to Register Permanent Residence/Adjust Status. My wife (the US citizen petitioner) is a student and does not meet the financial requirements, so my uncle is our co-sponsor. He is retired. We received a letter for more evidence for the 3rd or 4th time, but this time it specifically asks for documentation for income listed on line 20a on form 1040. My uncle apparently has no idea what this is. I researched and found that it has to do with social security benefits, only I don't know what exactly.

My question: What forms/documentation is USCIS referring to? And how does my uncle go about getting it? My wife and I would appreciate any help as we feel rather hopeless and stranded in this very long process so far. Thank you.

I guess, it would be better if you look for an expert or a legal counsel , I don't have an idea too. Anyways, speaking of retirement, a of 1,000 individuals conducted by Bank of America found that a majority of rich Americans want to see the retirement age for Social Security eligibility raised to older than 66.Survey respondents with higher education under their belts expressed a greater desire to continue staving off retirement because they enjoy working, rather than because they need to continue drawing a salary. However, the same highly educated group expressed concern over the rising cost of health care and whether they’ve socked away and invested enough money to facilitate a comfortable retirement.Article source:Class war between haves and have nots over raising Social Security age .
