Hi Everyone.I came to usa last year.i am in EAD.i came here as dependent.now i want to apply H1B with my current employer.my employer also willing to apply h1B for me.but the real problem for me is i didnt complete my degree in India.
Can any one help me on this.i am in tough situation.without degree is it posible to get H1B?

Hi Everyone - just thought of bringing this group back to life by asking a simple question - how many of us are members of any local/ regional/ national industry forums and actively participate in their events?

In my experience, joining a local chapter of a national industry forum and attending their local events periodically is an inexpensive way to get a perspective of what is going on in the industry, while at the same time knowing about the key people and making ourselves visible by networking. And these forums need not be technology related forums - they could be purely business forums.

Any thoughts or experience from others will be appreciated.

Can I get any advise from u....Here is my stuation....right now I am on H4...My hubby is on H1...he got I-140...and EAD...But he can not move on with EAD B,coz he did not add my name in I-485.our PD is Jan 2006 -EB2.Due to current market situations he is planning to move to EAD by changing my status from H4 to F1...So i want to study until my PD wil be CURRENT....do anybody know about the universties...which r offering degrees...with out any exams(GRE,TOEFl...ETC)

Can anybody help me advice me about my situation. I am fired from my job and i have completed 5 years on my H1B visa. My attorney and employer ready to help me out by filling PERM application so that when i will transfer my H1 to new employer, i will be able to get visa for 2 years. one for the remaining period of six year period and anothr one year since my PERM will be pending. Is this true, pleae help me out to let me know.
Also can anyboby help me find me new employer. I am Chartered Accountant form India having 18 years of experience in Audit including 5 years in USA. Please help me out
