Can anybody help me advice me about my situation. I am fired from my job and i have completed 5 years on my H1B visa. My attorney and employer ready to help me out by filling PERM application so that when i will transfer my H1 to new employer, i will be able to get visa for 2 years. one for the remaining period of six year period and anothr one year since my PERM will be pending. Is this true, pleae help me out to let me know.

Now am living in california and holding H4 visa . Am looking for a job and H1 sponsorship. I have got 4 years web devleopment using .Net experience . Please help me to find a job and H1 sponsor
