Good to know that you received your AP.

I repeatedly called customer service over couple of weeks. Then one of the customer service reps gave this info. I was planning to try Congressman route if this did not work.

Thanks for your help in getting a copy of my AP lost in the mail. I did exactly what you said, I got it in the FedEx overnight today. Eventhough it is only valid for another 5 more months, it is better than nothing. Thanks once again...

BTW, how did you come to know about all this... Just curious....

Go to Forum by clicking on the tab (just adjacent to the Home tab). Select the appropriate Thread heading. Then you will see a New Thread button.
