It seems the problem and solution to our problem of retrogression lies with the US Senate. With the US Democratic Senate most of us thought we would have immigration reform, atleast for legal immigrants. But sadly the legal immigration is held hostage by some Democratic House and Senate member for illegal immigration solution.
