Hi I have applied for an New H1 from F1. I am with a staffing/consulting company but have a job from past 7 months working with Cognizant and the end client being PepsiCo there is an RFE asking for client letter when I ask Cognizant they say the company does not provide any kind of letters to contractors and when I ask PepsiCo they tell me to get it from Cognizant. I have all my pay stubs I am still in the project. Please advice I am very tensed .
