I am living in Dallas TX on H1B (more than 18months in USA), & my family on H4. I am having health Insurance, which is provided by employer. I am paying premium for it. My wife and daughter joined me 6 months before. There was dispute between me and my employer about the health insurance. Now my employer has decided not to provide health Insurance to my family. I tried all posibilities with employer to get it. but in-vain all the efforts proved futile. I have following questions please...
