Thank you for not being rude as so many others have been today. I was certainly not expecting that kind of response from the majority on this site. However, moving the person I care for is impossible. He is 500 lbs and bedridden, plus there is another person in the household now that is also disabled. I can't leave them that easily. I just wish that I had more correspondence with USCIS from the beginning.
I know that they are busy and have a huge backlog of cases, I also don't expect to be a priority with them, but I would have appreciated knowing long before this if there were other applications required. In all the letters I do have from them, nothing has ever been said until now. I have had to bite my tongue quite a few times today, especially since most of the people are from countries that are not exactly allies from a US standpoint.
