Hello Jaihind,

I worked for an Indian comanpy in India before 2000.

I'm working in US since 2000. I'm working on my H1b.

I got my AP and EAD also.. but now I got anI-140 INTENT to REVOKE notice from usics stating that tha company which I worked in india is not a legitamate company(not registered) and asking be to submit some evidence..

it was almost 10 yrs back.. I work for that comapny now company is no more..

when i googled I got this from foroums like we can submit Notarised letter from my ex- collegues ..

can i do that.. if so could you please send me the sample template..

please help..
