I spoke with My HR about my PD date, he told me my EB3 PD is not transferred to EB2 140. so my My lawyer has sent interfiling request on 09-01-2009 , the date my EB3(APr'04) date is current. as per his logic it is good time to send interfiling request that way at least they will open your file and chances are better if Visa number are available. so crossing my finger for best. as well wishing you best for your case.
