You cannot file for a new EAD more than 120 days before the old one expires. You are within that 120-day period, so I would apply ASAP.

It's unfortunate that some companies refuse to give employees copies of their I-140s. However, if you have the receipt number and the job description as used in the labor cert, that should be enough....

I don't know if you'll need Advance Parole. Like I said, you won't need it if you can keep H-4 status. Everyone in your family needs to file separate papers for the final step of permanent residence...
