I felt your pain but the final outcome was good!!!I had to wait for 2.5 moths after I140 approval to get GC but no where near to you.Any way enjoy the hard fought freedom!!

EB3 I485 at TSC
EB2 I140 approved at NSC with new PD.

My lawyer sent a request to NSC to recapture old PD.It took about 1 month to recapture old pd. We don't have...

Thanks for the reply.So when your lawyer sent the request to port the date was there any automated response from TSC. In my case lawyer has already sent the request with necessary docs...
