Nowadays, this is a trend where nobody wants to file in EB2. Not sure why ! DirectTv also doesnt file in EB2 at all, strictly EB3.

For the poster, I would suggest that you should file under EB2 as EB3 has no chance OR Stay in India after 6 yrs. of H-1, you will be better off there.
