2800 visas are allocated annually for EB3-India. If we assume 15% are CP cases then that becomes 2500 available visas for AOS applications. So around 200 visas are allocated per month for EB3-India AOS applications. Here is the EB-AOS inventory.

It shows 403 cases in Apr, 2004. so 200 * 2 months and that means it would take 2 months to get cleared.
