There's a link to Report Criminal Activity by USCIS Employees on right hand side on USCIS (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=ece03509211f8110VgnVCM1000004718190aRCR D) site homepage, once you click on it opens a new page and tells to send email to DHSOIGHOTLINE@DHS.GOV to report any criminal activity. I think we should send mass emails on that ID and report criminal activity USCIS employees are committing by wasting visa numbers every year, year after year, many families are suffering miserably because USCIS employees are not doing their job they are paid for.

Good Idea! Actually that contact info is to report issues like these: http://www.nytimes.com/2008/03/21/nyregion/21immigrant.html?_r=1&scp=1&sq=green+card+sex&st=nyt&oref=slogin

I understand your frustration but inefficiency is not a criminal violation. If inefficiency and lack of judgement were criminal violation, lot of people would have gone to jail for Katrina and Iraq fiasco. Remember this is the government we are dealing with.

Wasting visa numbers, while devastating to us, cannot be construed as criminal activity. Like the recent news story, if they demand bribe or some other favor in return for adjudicating your case, that is criminal.

If USCIS cannot process 140000 applications/year, they may be inefficient, but certainly not criminal. And spamming government websites like the way you are suggesting will put us in deeper trouble than retrogression will ever pose.

I am against this kind of spamming.
