Unfortunately I still get the processing time as of March 15, 08. If you can see the April dates, would you be able to let me know what date they are processing for I-140 at TSC?

Thanks.

I can't see it either. I guess USCIS only sends it to VIPs first before it's made public to the rest .. just kidding. :)

I am sure it's got something to do with the cache. I did clear my cache, however, but still no luck.

Thanks for the screenshot md_alien.

Sadly, 140 dates have moved backward instead of forward at TSC. Now they are processing July 19, 2007 140's as of April 15. As of March 15, they were processing August 15, 2007. Amazing how these people "work".

good to see PD moves forward for TSC, but the IOs are not giving any information on name check . my Priority date is current but Processing date is July 2nd . Any idea if the name check is not cleared will the case be approved since it passed > 180days rule ?

What does processing time frame refer to in this bulletin? Is it the receipt date or the notice date?

So for instance if the application was receieved on july 2nd and the notice date is july 26th does that mean the application is current as the processing time frame is July 8th?

This is called the "Iterative Sweep" method , which has been developed and copyrighted by the USCIS. :D Here you constantly keep going one step forward and 2 steps back to see if you have forgotten about some I-140 application that has now been eaten by Rats . If your certificates have decomposed in the texas humidity or has been eaten by rates and termites , they normally issue and RFE or an Denial .

My understanding is that USCIS goes by the RD not the ND. However, I have heard many stories here that the IOs tell people that the service center goes by ND and not the RD so I am not sure what to believe. Hopefully someone has a better answer than this. I think "Googler" is currently doing PhD in this field but his research is still incomplete.

I am seeing TSC got a big jump in 485 processing dates, but i personally know so many people filed/Received in May with current priority dates in EB2 category. let's keep our fingure crossed

What is their explanation for moving I140 dates back ? IV - you guys need to take this up as a major issue...I know you have done a lot..but sadly it has not benefitted the people sufferring the most..and they are all the filers in June/july/Aug 2007. I mean how many people really benefit from OPT rule and H1 increases here..?

Sorry to be a spoilsport, but thats not my intention, I see IV as the only light to help us out of this dark tunnell...pleeeeeeeeeeeeease helppppppppppp

Actually when first I saw this thread, clicking the link indeed showed April 15 page with all the dates mentioned here. No need to do (cache) clear or any thing. But now I see its March 15th only, i guess USCIS pulled it off...

They pulled the information back. Wait for couple of days and they will post it again. I saw the April 15th dates in the morning, now I see only March 15th.

For those who doubt about cache etc... Ctrl-F5 will make sure your browser get the latest copy from the server. For now, seems like they change the page back to March, 15 page for NSC. No sense to keep trying...=)
I saw somebody capture this morning's copy and posted somewhere but I would rather wait for them to repost again because that one is SICK!!
May be they will update the page again soon. As far as the processing dates for I-140 for EB-3 NSC, look like there's no movement for may be just little (from Feb 28,2007 to March 10, 2007). SAD!! Somebody HELP!!

Hi Gurus,

With the Processing times out, I am wondering if anyone else is in the same boat. I applied for my EAD ( first one , not renewal) and the notice date is 25th Jan. However, I havent received mine yet. In fact there is no LUD on my petition either. I called them twice and both times, I was told that they have many other types of apps. and they will get to mine slowly. But, with the April processing times showing jan 29th, what should I do now? Should I wait or should I take an infospass appt.?
I am wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

-Thanks

Sorry to burst your bubble, but my RD is June 29th and I haven't heard a thing yet (not even an LUD)! In fact, when I checked with USCIS Customer Service last week, I was told I had "a few months to go"; so I'm trying not to get too excited on having ALL my dates current?!?

Hi Dakota,
