so if EB2I prior to Jan-1-2007 is only 10, and I am still waiting with Dec-14-2006 PD, am I among the 10 ? That feels special :)

EB2-I demand from jan-2008 to jan-2011 increased by 125, how thats possible as these dates never became current at anytime?

if you look at august demand data that number shows 0. not sure how accurate that number is.

I doubt if this is correct. There could be more than 10 people.

Can we do a small test on this forum to see if we have more than 10 people in IV membership with PD before 2007 January.

If there are more than 10, we can collect their PD info and contact DOS, tell them their published data is incorrect.

If anyone wants to take lead and get people to post their details on 1 thread it will help. If someone has ported, it must be clearly mentioned so that we can remove them from the list/keep them separate to avoid DOS justifying their data on these grounds. The profiles must be complete for all these so that we can look at their details to analyze. You can also post on other websites to collect such people on one thread for IV to look into the pending cases.

Porting, interfiling etc may be a reason

pappu,

It is pretty clear that demand data reflects the numbers after deducting all I-485's in the USCIS inventory of those who are current and not necessarily those for whom a visa number is actually requested from DoS.

In every monthly demand data that is published within the first 7-10 days of the month, USCIS show the demand going doing by a huge number to reflect the above. They cannot possibly approve (and request visa from DoS) so many applications in a week. Actual approvals continue throughout the month as we all know in huge numbers.

I'll create a new thread requesting people prior to Jan-1-2007 PD who are still waiting. Ideally we want EB2 folks who have been current in July bulletin or earlier and are still waiting... right?

Missed the July '07 and filed my I-1485 in June 2011. PD: EB2I Aug 2006
I am not sure if this number includes people who missed July '07.
