Hello, has anyone heard about or know more about iCert? (it's on Murthy's bulletin) It will supposedly replace PERM by this summer. Anyone know whether there will be any advantages or disatvantages to this change in filing Labor?

iCert will be replacing instant approval LCA, not perm. This will affect people who are moving from state to state on H1. They will no longer be able to change their LCA’s immediately. This will be a drastic change for people on H1 and consulting. Murthy update Part 2 may shed more light on how it will affect people on H1.

They will start for H-1B LCA in April and for PERM on July 1st (it's on the Murthy bulletin too)
