Are these data-backed predictions or just everyone's "wishes"? If it's the latter, we're wasting space on the IV server.

For a second, I assumed reading EB3I as 10 hours ;-). and well, it could be.

I absolutely sure that the EB2 India priority data for April will move to Oct 2010 or Jan 2011.

How can you be so sure. Do you have some data or other credible source to back your sureness? Or is your sureness frivolous?

I study the 485 inventory report and based on my calc, there should be more visa numbers left in this year quota.

The main reason is that even though the H1B quota is used up for last 3 years, very few people come to US in H1B visa (Mostly visa rejected in consulate abroad or people decided to wait). That is the reason the priority data movement happened. Just wait and see.

Good Luck to everyone who is waiting for green signal in April 2012 VB. Keep up the positive work for all non-immigrants.

What about massive posting of Eb3 - eb2 ??

Yes, that is defiantly a angle one should look at when predicting.

I strongly believe that EB2 will be current by end of this fiscal year (2011-2012) and I expect a spill over from EB2 to EB3 in the next fiscal year.
