You should be looking for your approval around April end or early May.

Is there a difference in the processing times for EB2 and EB3 ? I also have a EB3 I140 approved in EB3. The priority date is Sept 2008. After the EB2 labor is approved what are the next steps ?

Congrats on getting your PERM filed in EB2. Can you please write back with the date on which your attorneys filed for Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD)? How long is it taking these days for PWD results to come in?

Good luck with the PERM processing!

After the EB2 labor is approved, you send a I-140 request requesting for priority date transfer. Looks like we may be hit by retrogression soon (For India). If you are not impacted by retrogression, you can concurrently file your I-140 and 485...

Thank you for your reply. i would recommend using the PERM tracker on .com which shows that currently Nov - Dec PERMs are being approved, and you can extrapolate your approval date from there.

Are you sure that he can apply I140/485 concurrently (since it's porting)?

Yes... but feel free to google to find pointers... I am tired of IV blocking out other immigration sites.. Google is our friend! Good luck!
