Looks like based on the votes thus far, at least 20% people are filing in 1st day and 50% in the first week. But again it depends on our attorney's too.

I am surprised to see people applying after july 31st unless they are in EB1 or not retrogressed countries.

Please do not expect the dates to be current after July 31st. Do not lose the Golden Oppurtunity.

My lawyers office does not respond to calls or emails ... So I have no idea when they are going to file ... Hopefully before they stop accepting applications ... if and when it happens. Hope it does not happen ...

I think most of the folks have the same issue, talking to the attorney on phone and they seem to pretty busy as well, which is understandable as long as they get to file all the applications on time. I got an email they understand the situation and they will "file at the earliest" possible. Not sure how soon "at the earliest" means... Am just hoping it is within the first week of July. I'm better compared to some other friends of mine. They have been instructed not to send any documents and just fill the online forms in the attorney's website and they will contact them around 15th after sending the documents via FedEx for signature and only then they have to ship the paper work with the supporting documents as the law firm have few 100 applications to work on.

None of the options you listed meet my situation. Can you please add "No Control: Attorney knows"...i will be able to respond then

Can someone create a new poll with the exact same questions? We'll get a picture of what everyone's doing as of today.

I dont know if you guys can internally push it on Top ... without posting updates
