i am trying to apply to a school in the united states and it says this
"Only U.S. citizens, permanent resident aliens or applicants with a Green Card in their possession may apply. "
I am little confused, what do they mean by permanent resident aliens?
If you are already a permanent resident then don't you have a green card already? Why do they say "OR"
Thank You for your time
