Post Changing Employer

Hello Attorney and IV Gurus,

I am looking forward to accept the job offer from prospective employer. I am changing the job from my green card sponsored employer to the prospective employer who is willing to provide the requested documentation to support permanent residency process but not willing to provide immigration attorney services since they do not have one. Should I obtain the services from any immigration attoney to assist with AC21, other filings? I am also wondering, what are the precautions that I have to take before joining with prospective employer? Is there any other documents that I have to obtain from and EVL the current employer and prospective employer other than offer letter? I would really appreciate if you could please shed some light and guide me.

Thank you

Why don't you hire any of the attorneys on the banner ad on IV site. I would say Attorney Martin is good. She regularly answers questions on the forum and I have heard some good opinion about her.

Thank you shiankuraaf.

I have found the following URLs related to AC21.

http://www.uscis.gov/files/pressrele...ntrm122705.pdf

I have received the offer letter from prospective employer the job description match with the I-140/LC however the offer letter has two job titles i.e. one which i requested to put in and other has prospective employer's job title. The offer letter says "... will be employed as Computer Software Manager I ( VZ Company's official title is Software Specialist and responsibilities are......")

Should I have to be concerned with two job titles in offer letter? Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you.
