Default Should I apply in EB2 now ?

Hi Guys,
Need some help. My GC was filed under EB3 and the PD is Nov-03. I have now 10+ yrs of IT experience, 8 yrs experience in USA. I also have a MS degree from USA. I am currently working in EAD. At this point, looking at the way EB3 processing is going, do you think I should try out the EB2 route. I will be able to port my PD but my concern is I-140 is taking too much time now and maybe PERM will also take some time. Overall, I am confused and not sure what I should do.

Thanks
Sanjuu

The question is not about money? Do you really want to go through the process again. Does it really matter if you have GC or EAD? and on top of this complicating the issues with INS is always a bad idea.
