Default Way to know if AC21 is on the file?

Hi,

2 years after filing I-485 in july 2007,I moved to a new job using AC-21 and I sent the AC-21 letter to USCIS. Is there any way to know if my file has been updated with AC-21 and the new employer details? Can an info pass or any thing else help to find this?

Thanks,
Ajaysri

There really is no way to find this out.

If you also change the attorney while doing AC21, there is a way to find out. Call in 800 number and ask them the attorney on file.

Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing. I did AC21 myself in June @ TSC. I got a standard letter from USCIS stating "Your new address has been updated on our file". I presumed, that they have mistaken it for a COA. So, I re-sent the docs with another letter stating that this is an AC21 case and NOT COA. Yet again, I got the same letter. I didn't bother again. I also checked with local immigration attorney's and they told me there is no way of knowing that.
