Default H4 Visa when H1B is transffered

Hi,

I changed my H1B job from ABC to XYZ in December 2014. At that time my wife (who has H4) was out of the U.S. She is still not in the U.S. and is planning to join me soon. Her H4 still has validity till Aug 2016. Her Visa stamp has my previous company's (ABC) name on it. Now that I have changed my employer, does she need to get a new visa stamp before traveling to the U.S.?

If she does not need to get a new visa stamp then how should she answer any queries regarding my job, by the immigration officer at the port of entry?

Thanks a lot in advance,
