Default Employee-Employer RFE

Hi Everyone,

Recieved Employee-Employer RFE in 2012 Sep for H1B & Is Client letter, Statement of work, Masters of Service Agreement compulsory??

I don't have Client Letter--

Statement of work is valid till Dec 31st 2012---Can I submit the Statement of work valid till Dec 31st 2012??

MSA Agreement is available.

Statement of work would be fine, but there is a chance H1 get approved untill the specified date in statement of work, if you get client letter your h1 get approved longer

Though you get Client Letter that doesn't mean USCIS approves for longer duration....it all depends on the officer who is handling your petition....
