Default My employer is not paying me

I work for a small company as a contractor.
For 2 years my employer is not paying me correctly.
He is not paying me the net pay mentioned on the W2(for 2 years).
What should I do?

Thanks in advance

You should feel ashamed of yourself for not being a man and standing for yourself. How educated are you? Can you google? Google DOL in your state, call them tomorrow and complain.

Thanks for the response. I know about DOL, but I have same concerns as the person you replied to in the other post.

If you have concerns then continue to be exploited in life. People will take advantage of you even after you get your greencard and in every walk of life. Learn to stand up for yourself. Wish you had thought so much and had so many concerns before signing up with a bad employer and sticking with it for so many years.

Your answer is with DOL and within your convictions. Nobody will help you unless you help yourself. What is stopping you from going to DOL with a written complaint? Discuss with them and they will protect you and your status as you are a whistle blower.
