Default H1 extn RFE on worksite location

My Company received an RFE regarding worksite location. I am a full-time employee (not a consultant) developing software products. The cover letter for the H1 extn app stated that I work in the Company's main location and occassionally travel to client sites - this was meant to convey that during the course of providing support there may be times when I would have to be at a client site. This is very rare - I've probably been to a client site once in the last 2 years.

The RFE stated that in the I-129 form my Company wrote that I worked at the Company's main location and the letter stated that I work at this location and travel to client sites. They wanted an explanation of this 'inconsistency' with a letter containing an itinerary of my travel details. The problem obviously is I don't have an itinerary as I don't work at client sites on a pre-determined basis - its occassionally when a problem arises. Has anyone else gotten RFE's like this and could you point me to a sample letter/site that can assist in responding to this. Thanks.

I guess this is what happens when my Company uses the same letter for the last 5 extns! Don't even know if they read it before.

We are sending a one-page response stating that the only workplace is our office and any such client visit is a short-term unplanned visit. There really is no other proof I can think of. If they accept it then great, if not I'll still be happy hunting for a 1-way ticket to India!
