Default H1B Petition & EB Category

If the H1B petition language says "at a minimum, a bachelors degree" is required for the job, does that affect future filing of EB2 labor during the GC process.

In other words, is there any connection between what's written in H1B petition and filing EB2 Labor? or does EB2 labor will depend upon the advertized position (in future)?
