Wow. Mexico beats India, China and Philippines combined. Yet I only see 1 mexican actively posting on IV.

That's because the number of Mexicans on H-1B is negligible. Those Mexican naturalizations are 99% family-based or low-skilled based. That's also why it is so unfair for the very few Mexicans on H-1B or highly-skilled jobs to be lumped in with the big unskilled group and have to suffer retrogression and other delays and stereotypes because of that.
