Default 2 years EAD/AP combo

Hi,

Anybody has experience with 2 years EAD/AP combo. I have few questions regarding this EAD/AP Combo; if you could help me it will be great.

1. In new combo - EAD and AP both will be valid 2 years together?
2. I have my current EAD expire before 2 months of current AP expire date, When is right time to apply for combo EAD/AP?
3. Anybody has problem using EAD/AP combo in airports while returning Back to USA?
4. What is producer and fees to apply combo EAD/AP?

Thanks in advance for your reply and help.

Default Here you go ....

1. In new combo - EAD and AP both will be valid 2 years together?

Yes

2. I have my current EAD expire before 2 months of current AP expire date, When is right time to apply for combo EAD/AP?

Dont worry about when the AP expires, go based on when the EAD Expires and Apply 3 Months before it expires

3. Anybody has problem using EAD/AP combo in airports while returning Back to USA?

Nope.

4. What is producer and fees to apply combo EAD/AP?

Fees remain the same.

I did this for my wife few months back, I guesss still we have to do manual process by MAIL. Iprocessed the EAD Application and AP Application in two different cover with the required documents and Mailed Together in one cover to the address relavent to the EAD.

Hope this helps ....

So USCIS is okay with filing AP early as long as EAD is due withing 120 days.

Also did you send a single packet to USCIS or separate packets for EAD and AP.

Default What about dependent

How you will file combined application for EAD and AP in case of children (Ap needed but not EAD)? Will it be a seperate application for AP only? Do we have to write everything in a cover letter? I think yes. Thanks.

Default Please....

Actually My question was realted to 2 years combo card....The paper based AP is always 1 year and if you file 2 EAD applications (parents) and 3 AP applications (including child) togather then your combo card for parents would be just one year because t issue 2 combo and 1 paper AP. Paper AP can force combo card also in 1 year....is there any case where parents got 2 years combo card with applying AP for kids...
