How about asking for more proper numbers? What is their strategy for this year? When are they going to consider spillovers? What is the current inventory status? Why this year it was moved just after 2 months?

Default Biden and Cecilia Muñoz to answer your questions about immigration

I got this email from WhiteHouse : Can some of IV core address this - I dont mind trying to post a question myself, but it would be great if someone in IV core could participate..

What are your immigration reform questions?

Our nation's immigration system is broken -- and fixing it is an economic, national security, and moral imperative.

That's why President Obama is deeply committed to working to pass a common sense, comprehensive set of reforms that ensures everyone plays by the same rules. And we want to answer your questions about the issue.

This Wednesday, December 11th, Vice President Biden and Cecilia Muñoz, the President's Domestic Policy Advisor, are sitting down to answer your questions about immigration reform.

During the conversation hosted by Bing and Skype, the Vice President and Cecilia will speak with folks from around the country via live Skype Video Call -- and will answer questions submitted through Skype Video and from social media.

Here's how you can get involved in the conversation:

I respect any member of IV and as a senior member you should not be one sided in opposing EAD for H4, if it is given well and good.....else we will stay like this. Any rule making is somehow good for our community. Every member here knows how the H4 people suffer in this country. So rather than giving details about how H4 will not get EAD, think positive and do not make comments on L1 folks to join H4 and become mad for rest of their lives.

I have another suggestion for USCIS - to let beneficiaries know when their petitions are revoked and what else is happening with them. We should know if and when a previous employer is revoking a I-140, because it affects present and future decision-making. And transparency always helps ..
Also, they must not insist on employer letters for filing I-485 -- not at least when there is concurrent filing, because it is quite self-evident. This might be a fringe case, but this is only fair, and also such a letter is redundant
Also redundant is the paper notices when they have an abundance of. Do away with paper and make it electronic. Let everyone create a case profile page so that all info may be found in one (online) page. This, I suspect, will reduce the need for a lot of RFE's.
