Default Flower Campaign Successful: Please Read

I want to personally congratulate you all for the successful flower campaign. The recent announcement by DOS and USCIS of revoking the July 2nd bulletin has proved that the immigrant community is capable of joining hands in case of injustice. We were able to follow Gandhiji's step of nonviolence and create some momentum. Our efforts to send hundred's of flowers to Emilio Gonzalez when we needed him to realize his mistake, has born fruit. Now once he has taken action and rectified his mistake, don't you all think we should thank him in one way or the other.

"That would be true Gandhigiri"

I would propose that we sent him some flowers again but this time to thank him for his actions. We DON"T need hundred's of "bouquets" this time. Just a few or even one on behalf of the immigrant community would be sufficient.
Since the flower campaign was started here at immigration voice, I would request them to end this effort on a thankful note.

Thanks.

Good Suggestion..but this is your first post..creating new thread is OK but why you created new userid? Reading your mail, it seems that you have ALL info regarding whats going on in IV...Is it possible to stick to your OLD user id & create new thread?

Thanks in advance.

I would suggest that we should also sent a thank you note to:
Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-CA)
Kathleen Campbell Walker, President of AILA

Angry

There is nothing new in your post?
Just because yu are overwhelmed with flower campaign success, you need not create a new thread.
Also, congratulating after the flower campaign speaks volumes of your indecision/no-confidence in this flower campaign in the beginning.
Otherwise, you would have posted lot earlier.
Anyways thanks
sri
