Default UK's Highly Skilled Migrant Programme

This is going to be the last immigration reform for some years. So why not also advocate a more logical program for highly skilled people similar to what UK has and get rid of the employer based program (which borders on modern day slavery)

Here is what UK has:

I believe Australia and Canada also have similar programs.

Default Australia

A lot of people often tend to quote Craig Barret of Intel saying "Staple a greencard to every foriegn student's diploma who graduates from American University in Science, Math, Technology and Engineering".

Actually, Australia has started doing that. Australia is stapling greencard to every foriegn student's diploma who finishes two years of grad school.

They call it PR card(Permenant residency card). Looks like US congress wants us all to go to Australia and work from there.
