Immigration Article in Washington Post Today
I saw this article in the Washington Post today and it is written by a journalist that is of Indian descent, she recently went to India for 2 months and has a number of stories on immigration issues, Indian economy, Indian diaspora in US and cultural trends and so forth.
Her article basically talks about how more and more Indians are going back becasue there are better opportunities in India, however, we need to point out to her that there are many more reasons why people are leaving and majority of them are not that rosy and are directly related to Immigraton delays.
I think we should be proactive and contact her and 'educate' her about the ugly side of immigration in terms of the processing delays, quotas, excessive fees, dependent issues and all those topics.
