Default H.R. 3012 standalone bill in Senate

Thanks for above responses to my query.

What is probability of presenting and passing H.R. 3012 without any Senate amendments to it by Senate? Do we have enough(60) Senate votes to pass this bill without Senate amendments?

Based on the Chi test conducted on data points, the null hypothesis is rejected and senate will pass HR 3012 with p value of 0.05.

Lets hope that Senate takes up 3012 tomorrow --there is no preset agenda for tomorrow--

Default E3 Momentum Builds . . .

The Irish Emigrant

If a solution to Grassleyís hold can be found, should the bill pass the Senate it will return to the House for final approval, but this is considered almost a fait accompli, given the majority with which HR3012 has already passed . . . .

Who knows they might take up Comprehensive Immigration Reform and we will have front row seats for the show! Bottom line is it seems we do not matter much for the politicians. We are not a vote bank, not a political force. Although we came several thousand miles from home "Vote bank" politics still haunt us.
