How does it feel a fresh graduating given more preference and my US Master is waste because I got experience over 5 years and paid taxes legally for last 5 years?
It does not make sense. In real world the experince counts but as per S744, experience is of negative.

How come I would know that at least 1 year back there would be 5 years limit condition in S744.? Does applying of GC is in my control.

Even current so called borken immigration does not have this 5 year limit for STEM for EB2, I- 169 does not have and 2007 immigration reform bill does not have it.
Deva I am with you on this one. People here think it is just priority date which is tied to this 5yr clause and it will be current anyways so no need to push, but the PERM waiver as well is tied to this clause...

At what point do you think that would happen after the inactment of the law?

Please email il@immigrationvoice.org and coordinate with the Illinois IV group to setup a meeting with Senator Kirk.

Mr.Jetflyer, if you are so convinced that things will fail, why are you hanging out here in this forum? Why don't you just go get a life, and try to come to terms with your REALITY that - nothing will happen, and move on with your life.

As well for your information, I spoke to a friend in White House SEWAGE Dept, he told me that the H4 EAD wont pass. So you please arrange for alternate arrangement for your spouse - she/he cant work, sorry, or you can get a flight ticket back to your country, and try a job there.

You two are definitely not on the volunteer list, otherwise you guys would not be trashing your time on this forum like this. Do you guys really think that IV core has no idea what is going on? Are you the torch bearer?

And why do you fear being banned, when you have nothing to contribute, you can anytime create a new profile to troll as much you like!

No did not hurt my feelings, you are hurting the effort. There would be atleast half a dozen new visitors to this site, every couple of days. Many of them do want it to pass, but they do not contribute in any manner to the ongoing effort.

Media keeps churning all kinds of news, even a head-shake by Boehner would be translated as the final outcome. When the new member or occasional visitors visit the forum, once they see negative comments - that nothing will happen, they will happily rest on their chair - "phew nothing more to be done, nothing will happen anyway", while the truth is, every volunteer and their effort counts.

Its just like a Marathon, how will you know the outcome unless you try? You might individual fail to complete, luckily this is not a single man effort, so still you can run part of the race that should do. Even, disabled people have marathons on wheelchair, so why don't you contribute in whatever level you can? You don't need to visit the whitehouse, but do whatever you can at your senate or district level?

If you want it to pass, join the movement. Gandhi just lead, without all the people who followed him, nothing would have really happened. So someone is leading now, why don't join?

There is effort going on day in and out discussing about the CIR, in senate. Do you really think they would waste all the time, just to finally call off something? Only because CIR is important it is right now it is on the Senate floor, otherwise its a criminal waste of precious senate and house time, that other issues will call for.

Did you read the CBO report that CIR would eventually cut the govt deficit? Thats a good news, that the pro-cir will bank on.

My comments sound a little dramatic, but I could not put it in any other way!

By the way, my friend in WH sewage dept, says, he will keep the system functional, so that the congress can work on the CIR without any discomfort
