Default Easy way to talk to USCIS and State department officers

There is a conference where they are all coming
http://www.aila.org/content/fileview...&linkid=213334

Anyone interested in going?

KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Alejandro N. Mayorkas, Director, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Homeland Security, Washington, DC

and if you see the list, all others are top people in it.
