USCIS makes money so that are justified in accepting applications.

But

why are people in EB3 India submitting EB3 applications when they will get GC in the next 40 years ?! This is absolutely ridiculous !

Just Curious between Jan 2006 and Jan 2007 - ROW demand (16,200 to 36,875) up 20k - why is that?

Yes , there are 20K applications.. checks old demand data too

If you see all other categories, 2006 has huge demand

Default You were right in your prediction for China :)

Hmm- lets hope they are being cautious with moving Eb2 India and hopefully in this quarter they move it to 22nd.

With the new demand data, situation for people with PD of Aug 2007 - Dec 2007 waiting to file I-485 looks very bleak!

Default are dependents counted towards the published numbers

I am a little unclear on this. My PD is oct 2004 - EB3. I see in the data released that there are about 34,500 pending cases before Jan 2005. Does this number include primary applicants only OR primary applicants + dependents ? If it is not counting dependents, what should be the multiplication factor we need to use to get an estimated count?

How about eb3 I with Jan 2002 PD still waiting to get a GC. If you file 485 you will get your GC in 6 months whenever that is. So stop worrying.
