Oh, BTW: disclaimer from time-traveler manufacturers. Time-travel will not get you your GC's sooner. Though it can help your wait extend beyond the reach of time (although USCIS provides that as a standard option for EB3 filers).

Good analysis prasadn!

Notice the text in bold..... if the guy got his GC a year back..they would have incoporated or SCORP'ed less than an year back .... how can it be over the years?

Well.. when a couple of highly skilled EB applicants start dissecting an issue and forensically investigate it ..... a lot of facts come to light

Good for you, if you have 8 H1b's working for, you obviously have more than 20 people working for you in all (just guessing, i dont know the rules). Your turnover should be more than 1 million, just curious, what category was your GC in?
Good luck with your post GC life.
You can come back and post whatever you want, but you should be prepared for the feedback too, you win some and you lose some.

I will hold no ill feelings to anybody.

2) Our business. We are making a ton money and we are quite happy about
it. And we are proud of our Firm. Somebody asked about H1B. Yes we have 8 H1Bs working for us right as middle vendor. Honestly, I expected some publicity by posting here. More than that, I thought I'm sharing my success with my friends and fellow beings with whom I stand so strongly for a cause. What a catastrophe!
I know many of you are filled with so much hate and hopelessness. Its okay
that you vented that on me. If any of you need project let me know. I could place you

Thanks a lot conchshell. At least you got my motive. Its a lil disheartening
people attacking me so much like this. Well I forgive them . As Mother Teresa said "You see in
the final analysis; it is between you and God. It was never between you and
them anyway". After all who cares. We are living in a world where Gandhi get murdered.
So I have no chance.

By the way I'm glad IV fixed the login problem. I had a hard time to
login many times. By the way I'm not an exIV. I'm still IV

If people who got GC cannot come here and post anything please let me know.
I will never come back.

God bless all with green cards.

best regards
babu.

I'm not making a million yet 485Mbe4001. I will reach there soon. They don't hold my companies H1B. I'm a middle man. I make a a few buck every hour of the cunsultant. Which is easy money. Hardware service is the tough one. Luckily I've couple
of independent contractors to work for us. I've been doing this ever since I got green card. Made a ton of contacts before getting GC by volunteering from Parks to church to library to university to medical centers to schools so
and so..They are paying off now. Started the business much before creating the website. I'm very fortunate that I got couple of good partners to pitch
in money. So far we signed up 50 small business repair and hardware maintainace.

I got my GC on EB3. PD 2003. Got messed up my first GC in 2001. Started
all over.

I'm not hurt or disappointed. Google is started in a garage. HP is started
as a small business in a garage as well. I'm trying. I prefer failing glorious
than moderate success.

In a way when people criticize, I get the flaws on my website which is good.
The point is to discard the bads and take goods

Guys the only way to get rich is ownership. Otherway you could work the
rest of your life for somebody else. Good luck all.

thanks
babu.

Mr. Babu,

Thumbs up

Hi babu,
I do not hate you nor do I have anything personal against you. People supporting IV after getting greencards is definitely a good thing. It does take a lot of courage to be an entrepreneur and take on a huge risk of debt. But then there is no reward without risk.
Your comment about getting rich by ownership is very true. Unless you're exceptionally talented or end up being in a glamorous profession like showbiz or sports, you can't get rich by working for someone.

I wish I had the courage to take the risk of starting a company. But then, that's why the EB-5 (entrepreneur) category for GC is always current

Good luck to you with your business venture and do keep supporting IV's causes that can benefit legal immigrants.

Thank you raydon. Its been relatively smoother for me because of
my contacts. In business its all about contacts. Most part of the
business works by referrals.

The factor of risk depends on the way you look at it. If you don't work
you might lose some money. But you can always go back to what you do
later as well. The only question is that can you lose money and be okay with it?
I feel like I can handle it.

The top guy at ADOBE makes about 3 million dollars an year. How long
would it take to reach such a position like that? How many can get there?
A few financial companies chiefs and a handfull of company chiefs make huge
money. It will take a hell lot of time to get there. To be honest I don't think I
will never reach upto there.

And about IV, I always supported IV and always will. Because IV is the
only organization stood for us. We might not be successful on everything
we pursued. But a hell lot of powerfull people listen to us. I will never give
up on Aman, Jay , pappu and all others.

Once again, thank you raydon. People like you who thinks rationally
are a blessing to this group.

Good luck to all

If at any point in time you decide to go from middleman to end-man, just remember your previous status and DO NOT go back and exploit the poor H1Bs by holding back bench pay, experience letter, H1 approval notices, surprise contracts etc...

Many such "shops" are run by former H1B people who came in once upon a time, faced all the problems and stood in a long line for a GC. Yet, once they got past the GC hurdle, they jumped right into the exploitation game.

Ironic, isnt it ?

C'mon guys, we should appreciate Babu for not opening one more dehsi consulting company
And BABU, BTW, I see thousands of companies fixing computers by charging only $35. How come you have so many customers when you charge $60?
As you said you have 8 H1Bs are working for your firm. That would be like 60000*8/60 = 8000 computers to be fixed just to cover those salaries. That is 21 computers per day!

I guess you misspoke, you meant you have 8 H1B friends who have not got GC yet. Am I right?

My tips to relatively new people

1) Follow up your case at local office and calling National Cust Service
2) Support IV

On a personal note, life's been much stressless with GC. No worry
about job changes, parole extensal and all that bullshit. I and couple
of my friends started a company . Its
going good so far. Wish you guyz all the best.

Well I do consulting gc4me . Money is not bad.
By the way my H1Bs are not fixing computers. They are employed with
software firms. Couple of them are in county projects. Do you know that
there are reservations for minority employers and startups in govt projects?

You guys hate desi companies so much. But you still need them to come
to US? Quite an irony

Time is money man. I better go.
