of independent contractors to work for us. I've been doing this ever since I got green card. Made a ton of contacts before getting GC by volunteering from Parks to church to library to university to medical centers to schools so
and so..They are paying off now. Started the business much before creating the website. I'm very fortunate that I got couple of good partners to pitch
in money. So far we signed up 50 small business repair and hardware maintainace.

I got my GC on EB3. PD 2003. Got messed up my first GC in 2001. Started
all over.

I'm not hurt or disappointed. Google is started in a garage. HP is started
as a small business in a garage as well. I'm trying. I prefer failing glorious
than moderate success.

In a way when people criticize, I get the flaws on my website which is good.
The point is to discard the bads and take goods

Guys the only way to get rich is ownership. Otherway you could work the
rest of your life for somebody else. Good luck all.

thanks

Good luck and let success shower you on all your endeavors. Let you be a role model for all the prospective immigrant entrepreneurs here and elsewhere !

Default working on EAD & GC

My known friend was working on EAD but didn't file an AC21. Luckily he got his green card.

Now he has this doubt.

While working on EAD the company does not let the USCIS or DHS know about this info. Will they now let the USCIS or DHS know that the employee has changed from EAD to GC status? If so, will USCIS find out that the employee is not with his GC sponsoring company and mark it as a Fraud and revoke the GC?

The Job duties or same and similar but the salary is 40% higher than the previous job. He didn't invoke the AC21.

Is there any one who used EAD didn't let the USCIS know by invoking AC21, got the GC and working on GC without any problem?

I greatly appreciate your replys....

He should have filed AC21. I don't think it would matter immediately but will (may) come out when you apply for citizenship.
