Lets start writing to them, who knows there may be a chance. .
Tell them we expect them to do this before they leave office. And not to disappoint us.
PleaSe write.

I just found this website, explain something about EB3 ROW for Dec 2008 vb.

Again they clearly say it is a gossip, but no harm in reading that to get an idea.

http://www.nursepod.com/2008/11/05/d...letin-gossips/

There is a story and I would like to make these people behind this story to be anonymous or unknown. A nurse from this particular country got interviewed and her pd is just December 2005. The current Visa Bulletin says it is May 2005. I am wondering how she made it. Again it is not her fault or anyone’s fault nor I say that there is a slight favoritism here.

They are talking about EB3 ROW, and it may move to Dec 2005,

So there is hope in 2008 Dec VB bulletin, things may move forward, atleast a little bit.

Default Cautiously optimistic

I'm cautiously optimistic because besides my wife and me, I know at least 3 other EB2-I friends who received an RFE on our 485s in Oct when we were not current. The RFEs were related to employment verification and vaccinations.

All our PDs are Jan 05 (+/- 3 months ). Maybe I'm incorrectly reading into this

Guys be optimistic, things are going to improve for sure.

I just read this post from prout02, uscis has planned to reduce processing times to 4 months for 485 and 140 , that is really a good news.

http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/sh...ad.php?t=22292 (485 - 4 month processing time)

If they can process apps faster they will know the visa need and will move VB accordingly. Atleast it would not go back in to dinosaur era again.....

The irony is that the more efficient they get, the better for EB ROW folks and the worse ti gets for EB I folks. The problem is they have historically had an inefficient system, if the get efficient now, those in the queue currently will be the scapegoats for this change.
Right now the inefficiency in their processing of EbROW cases is what allows some spillover. If EB I were held to its annual statutory limit of 10K, the delays would be a lot larger.

EB-ROW doesn't have enough applications to consume entire quota every year so spillover is inevitable.

The USCIS inefficiency is the reason for backlog, their inefficiency is the reason we have HR5882. If they don't waste any visa then backlog will go down every year.
