What the starter of this thread is trying to say, but it's not what the information on the Fragomen website says. It just says that supervised recruitment is likely to increase.
Scare tactics, maybe he/she got his/her PERM approved in June and wants to cut the bridge now. ![]() |

My labor was applied using fragomen in November 08, DOL is not even processing the Labor certification, Today I saw update that my labor got denied and then a following mail from fragomen containing the same list, Guys I am in the 6th Year of H1B having no chance of extending Visa, IIT Post Grad with 10 years exp and working in one of the fortune 500 companies. I am not trying to scare some one. I am already under the worst situation

Attorney has not explained the reason , but i only see the update in theri tracker as Motion to reconsider letter applied to DOL on 2/10, they have not shared the reason yet, scheduled a meeting with them tomorrow. I still have 10 months of h1 left for 6 year full quota, even if i recapture the un-used time i might be able to get another month time.
My wife has cleared the 2 stages but under eb3 with PD Jan 2008. What options left for me ? |

You are partially correct , partially wrong
first of all I am not porting candidate Secondly Yes I had two pending labors one from the old company where I used to work , and from the new company where fragomen is the attorney, both of them are fortune 500s , if old company has not cancelled or withdrawn labor after i moved out its not my fault, but the thing is as soon as the old labor got cleared , i got this denial, that where i said u r partially correct. Just because you guys are not in the mess dont call every with what ever name you want to call. I am not aware of the reason for denial yet, i got appointment with attorney tomorrow so i can tell once it is done |

I can go back to the old company just for GC, but the decision to move the new company I was getting better exposure to domain and getting good chances to prove my skill set, Just for GC i dont want to go back . I just want to find out solution here for the present company , if you cant have any solution , please keep quite but dont blame others , your case is also pending , not to say but if you get into the same stage like me then you feel the pain, tll then u will enjoy the fun, dont assume that all are cheaters etc...

What I do know is that a new form 9089 is being brought out in March-April 2009 timeframe, with subtle differences compared to the current form.
