How many days it takes for USCIS to make a decision for I-140, once the RFE is submitted? Appreciate your input.

Hi

If you have filed under premium processing usually it takes about 10 to 15 working days, and with the ordinary processing 6 to 8 months would a reasonable period.

Premium or regular? I think since the premium processing was introduced, regular may have taken the backstage as far as speed of processing is concerned.

Why do you keep asking people if they contributed to the IV? I see your messages all over the place asking about that....do you think it looks nice? Think about it.

Shoot him back with a message saying- "I have already contributed $x to IV. Now stop asking". Please do not forget to fill x.

Wow this looks more like a political game. 1 person asks "Did you contribute?" and the other person say shoot him by telling "yes I contributed $x and dont forget to fill x. Guys, everybody know they have to contribute to get this going and get things done.....We dont have force them or coerce them to contribute by posting such messages. Lets not make like we are "Begging" to contribute but we dont "Beg" to stay a member in forum. As a senior member always responds saying "We are not begging to stay" Merry CHristmas to you all.
