Default no

Not really due to increased demand for EB1, EB2-ROW, and EB3-I --> EB2-I

Default this is what i have been talking abt

I had supported this idea ..way back in 2008...and IV never heard abt it.

Temp reliefs like:

a.) prefiling
b.) job mobility on EAD..are some measures that will help us..

CIR is a waste of time for EB.. infact i hope CIR never materializes..as it will hurt US economy more than anyone can imagine.

A while ago, there was some discussion about this and it was established that its impossible without a legislative change.

However, there was some chatter, mostly hearsay, about something to be implemented in June 10. If anybody has a source for anything on this subject, please post .
