Default All of my case status LUD since 2004 got updated today ?

Today I got couple of emails from uscis case status,

1) I-485 Aprroval notice sent and the previous status was I-485 Card mailed , the approval was already made on 6/05/2007.

2) Application Type: I129 , PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER

Current Status: Case approved; approval notice e-mailed.

On February 8, 2006, this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service

Also All of my case status LUD since 2004 got updated in uscis portfolio list, any idea what is going on , not sure why they are sending the email that was approved on feb 8 2006 and why the status is chaging that was already approved ??

Looks like someone is running the wrong program

Is your PD current for I-485?

If it is then that means your I-485 is approved and you will be getting green card soon.

Congrates.

Good. Congratualtion then. I think you should be receiving green card in mail very soon. Don't worry about all other emails. I think they just sent update on all your cases since you had them all in your portfolio.

Even if your green card is approved, please do visit IV and invite your friends to join it.

I am sure IV is helping each of us in some way and hope it did to you as well.

Good luck.

Acc. to the Texas Service Center, they are processing applications with receipt dates of up to Sept 15, 2007. I noticed your receipt date was from Feb 2004. Why did it take so long? I filed mine Jun 2007. Does this mean that I should expect an approval in 2010? Thanks for your input in advance.
