Default CIR alive again - web fax idea

Now that priority date is current for all, the things that can delay us are:

1) Backlog centers. It's a real bummer if your LC is stuck there.
2) FBI name checks.
3) CIR and processing of 12 million plus applications.
i245 delayed many of us by about 5 years +/-, think what processing 12 million could do.

How about a web fax requesting that CIR only be passed if USCIS is obligated to maintain current processing rates for current legal applications. This way CIR does not hurt those legally in the queue for years.

Hey my question again is reg the back log. My LC was filed in feb 26th 07 and so far have heard nothing. The HR personal said that they are getting back aproval for cases filed in Jan. Here is my question, if / when I get my LC cleared can they apply for my 140 and 485 through a different center which is not much back logged? if so what are the other centers? I know this sounds stupid/ignorent, however, it is better to be corrected by your own kind rather than the arrogent HR personal of our institution. Pls let me know if this could be done (change centers). thanks.

i am not sure if you can decide on ur own to apply to which center for whatev er application.....if yo ufall within some jurisditcion u have to apply for the respective center.. however if the center thinks it is too busy or overloaded then they might opass it to some otyher center who has less crap to do...
