Default 485 filing office location

I live and work in VA. Can anyone please clarify to which USCIS office my I-485 documents to be sent to , either Nebrasa or TX.
My attorney is sending to TX. However in 485 application form, I had seen that all the application forms to be sent to Nebrasa.
I want to make sure if it is correct to send to TX.

We are in VA as well, but our lawyer sent the docs to Nebraska.

Thanks,
